Quality control steps are taken at every step of every batch and each tooth is checked by hand to ensure the final product is of the highest quality.
- No Black Spots
- Every tooth passes through a visual check to ensure that there are no black spots, porosity, scratches, or other errors.
- No Porosity
- High-quality ingredients and proper heat and pressure during polymerisation ensure there is no porosity.
- Dimensional Stability
- Our teeth have excellent strength and wear resistance and do not change their shape over time.
- Colour Stability
- Using high-quality pigments ensures that the colour of the teeth doesn’t change over time.
